Ingredients

500g Low Fat Yoghurt

1/4 Cup (40g) of Chopped Kiwi (skin removed)

1/4 Cup (40g) of Chopped Strawberries

1/4 Cup (40g) of Chopped Nectarines

Optional Extras

1/4 Cup 30g) of Quick Cook Oats

Chef's Tip

Always wash your hands very well before cooking or baking.

This recipe is great if you want to try other fruits! Mix and match fruits, maybe some blueberries, or mango, or even apple!

Why not add your ingredients to a blender first before pouring into your Ice Lolly Trays to make breakfast smoothie popsicles!

Method

STEP 1

Do your prep! Wash, peel and chop your fruit into small chunks.

STEP 2

Into an Ice Lolly Tray, start by adding yoghurt into each section. Fill them half way up.

STEP 3

Divide the fruit between each Lolly section and using a teaspoon, mix all the fruit into the yoghurt. If you want to add oats, add the oats at the same time as the fruit.

STEP 4

Add another spoon of yoghurt to each section.

STEP 5

Insert a Lolly stick into each section, and try and get it to stand up straight! If it won't, you might need to add more fruit to each Lolly.

STEP 6

Freeze them overnight.

STEP 7

When they are frozen, enjoy!

If the popsicles are difficult to get out of the Lolly tray, you can run warm water over the outside of the Lolly tray to make it easier for them to come out!
