Ingredients
- 300g pork stir-fry strips or any pork steaks, cut into thin strips
- ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 x Pack of Prepared Stir-fry Vegetables
- 1 x 120g Pouch Black Bean Sauce
- 275g Fresh Medium Egg Noodles
- Freshly chopped parsley, to garnish
Chef's Tip
Always wash your hands very well before cooking or baking.
This is a super easy stir fry, and to make it even cheaper you can buy whole fresh loose vegetables!
Buy a loose carrot, a loose onion, a broccoli, a few loose mushrooms, and you'll be surprised how much cheaper it is! Just be sure to wash it and shop it small enough to cook quickly in this stir-fry.
Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan and fry the pork strips for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add the stir-fry vegetables, stir fry and cook for a further 3 or 4 minutes. You don't need to constantly stir, you can let it sit for 20 seconds or so.
Step 3
Add the noodles to the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the black bean sauce, a splash of water. Stir-fry it for 2 minutes to heat through.
Step 5
Garnish with the parsley and serve immediately while it's hot!
